KIEHL’S GLOBAL BRAND CAMPAIGN 2025
This is a 360 campaign designed to attract consumers to the stores for a personalized treatment using five innovative smart tools. These tools help identify individual skin concerns and introduce customized skincare solutions. To support this initiative, we created five videos, window displays, in-store signage, an augmented reality (AR) experience, and digital and social media assets to clearly explain the benefits of each smart tool for the skin.

VR EXPERIENCE
The goal of this experience is to encourage customers to visit the store for a complimentary skin scan. To achieve this, the display in the store window will showcase an awareness video that highlights various skin concerns addressed by the Derma-Reader. When customers stand in front of the display, the video will transition to an interactive filter that demonstrates how the Derma-Reader filters function in real-time on their skin.
